Trading volume is often the most direct tool to identify the authenticity of price movements. The recent rebound of SOL is quite interesting——the price surged above $190, but the trading volume actually shrank. What does this mean? Not many people are chasing the high, and the upward momentum is somewhat weak. The risk of a false breakout indeed exists, so caution is needed.

Let's look at the momentum indicators. The daily RSI is now hovering around 50, indicating that the bulls and bears are evenly matched, with no clear signal. But there's an important phenomenon to watch for: when the price hits a new high, the RSI's high point is lower than the previous high, which is called bearish divergence, often a precursor to a reversal. Keep an eye on whether this occurs.

The MACD situation is even more interesting. The DIF and DEA lines are tangled around the zero axis, and the histogram bars are short and weak, indicating the market is in a stalemate. It will take more time to determine the direction. Once a golden cross or death cross occurs, combined with increased trading volume, a new trend may truly begin.

In addition to candlesticks and indicators, on-chain data should not be overlooked. The flow of SOL in whale addresses, the inflow and outflow of funds on exchanges—these details often reflect the true intentions of major institutions ahead of the surface technical signals.

Trading volume shrinks and pushes upward? That's a classic false breakout, don't be fooled. Once the bearish divergence appears, a reversal isn't far off. I bet SOL will pull back.

Trading volume shrinks and then spikes? I've seen this trick too many times. SOL is probably trying to scam more buyers again... --- When a bearish divergence appears, just liquidate immediately. No need to gamble. --- Again, it's either stalemate or waiting. When will it actually start? My patience is almost gone. --- On-chain data is the real key. How the whales move, I follow accordingly. The technical analysis methods are already outdated. --- Chasing above $190? Come on, buddy. This is clearly a signal of a trap set to lure more buyers. --- RSI is hovering around fifty. This is a sign of gathering strength. Just waiting. --- The moment MACD forms a death cross, it's time to wake up. Don't be fooled by false breakouts. --- I think, it's still more reliable to watch whale addresses. Candlestick charts can't deceive people.

Trading volume shrinks, chasing highs is futile. I've seen this trick too many times before—it's just the big players accumulating, brother. If it can't break above 190, be prepared for a drop back to 170. RSI divergence is real and can't be ignored. On-chain data is the real key. How whales move is much more honest than candlestick charts. Experienced traders are all watching this.

The shrinking trading volume and chasing highs are false signals. This wave of SOL is just a trap to lure more buyers. Once the bearish divergence appears, it will immediately crash.

Trading volume shrank after the surge; I've seen this trick too many times. SOL is really a bit weak this time.

This SOL pattern looks a bit bearish. Those chasing the highs with shrinking volume are probably just bagholders... The top divergence thing needs to be watched closely.

The signal of shrinking trading volume, I think, is the harshest, meaning no one is following the trend. SOL looks like it's rising happily this wave, but it's actually just a false rally; beware of fake breakouts. Keep an eye on RSI top divergence; if it appears again, consider reducing your position, it's too risky. On-chain data is the real key; MACD and others are just decorations in front of institutions. How whales move is the true story.

Trading volume shrinks and then pushes higher, isn't this just a trap to lure buyers... This time, really don't chase SOL at a high price. As soon as a top divergence appears, it's time to run.

The rebound of SOL is really fake... I saw the shrinking trading volume a long time ago, and there are hardly any people chasing the high. Once a bearish divergence appears, you have to run. Those who have been burned before know this. On-chain data is the key; how whales move is more accurate than any indicator.
