#比特币与黄金战争 A seasoned investor recently posed an interesting question on social media: Why is $BTC so unique? When tech stocks rise, it remains indifferent; when gold and silver strengthen, it also doesn't react. His logic is that if Bitcoin can't even move alongside these two major traditional asset classes, then where is its upward potential?

This viewpoint sparked quite a bit of discussion. Some believe he's right—after all, in terms of correlation, crypto assets should indeed have some linkage with equities and precious metals. Others counter that Bitcoin is fundamentally an independent asset class and doesn't have to move in sync with traditional financial markets.

This logical flaw is a bit significant, did you get it backwards... The independence of BTC is actually an advantage, so why do we have to follow traditional finance and dance to its tune?

I really think this logic doesn't hold up. Isn't Bitcoin's independence its biggest advantage? Why must it follow traditional assets to be considered successful?

What are you guys talking about? Bitcoin is just Bitcoin. Why does it have to be related to gold, tech stocks, and other assets? BT, isn't independence its advantage? Why are you still debating this? Wait, do you really believe in these correlation theories? I just have to say, haha. Stop, stop. Not following the trend doesn't mean there's no opportunity; in fact, it shows clarity. Honestly, this guy's logic doesn't hold up well. Why should gold rise and follow? Isn't that its confidence? If there are no completely independent assets, how can we trade them?

Damn, this logic is really absurd. If Bitcoin doesn't follow, does that mean it has no prospects? Then I ask, why must gold dance with tech stocks? It's the opposite—independence is actually an advantage, right? Otherwise, what's the point?

To be honest, this logic doesn't quite hold up. Why should BTC have to dance along with tech stocks and gold? That's its independence, buddy.

This logic doesn't quite hold up. Isn't the strong independence of BTC its advantage? Does it have to be tied to traditional assets to increase in value? Overthinking it.

actually the correlation argument is backwards... btc's independence *is* the feature, not a bug. saw this exact narrative in 2021 before the cycle flipped. the math doesn't check out on their logic tbh

Actually, this logic has flaws. The strength of BTC's independence is its advantage. If it can't be independent, that's the real problem, bro. You really think that Bitcoin being synchronized with traditional finance makes it an asset? Then what do you call decentralization?
