The digital asset management firm has filed an S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (#SEC ) to launch this fund, which will provide 100% instant coverage of the alternative asset.
The company also plans to add a storage feature, as well as enable the creation and redemption of fund units physically, allowing it to deal directly in the currency instead of using cash.
