A Personal Perspective on the Future of Crypto

Seeing many people starting to feel disappointing with the crypto market, I want to share a bit of my personal perspective on the future of this world.

1. Bitcoin Will Surpass Gold, Becoming the Second Largest Asset in the World, Right After the USD. One day, when “the East embraces gold, the West embraces Bitcoin”, you will understand that the global asset order has changed. Bitcoin is not just a currency — it is the new faith in the digital age.
2. Ethereum Will Be Gradually Replaced by Solana Solana is approaching absolute stability, network outages will soon be a thing of the past. As for PoS and “decentralization”? Let's be realistic — most blockchains today are “data center chains”, which can be turned off at any time. Users do not need an expensive, complex system, but only a fair, transparent, and low-cost “casino”. Solana is heading in the right direction.
3. Creativity in Web3 Has Almost Hit the Ceiling What is new now only revolves around the way of issuing tokens — last year it was inscription, this year it's meme, and next year it might be something else. But overall, most of it is just a short-term effect. A real breakthrough is… difficult.
4. It is Necessary to Clearly Distinguish Between the “Bitcoin World” and the “Altcoin World”. Crypto is largely a clever game — finding every way to exchange your Bitcoin for something else. Among tens of thousands of coins, only a few dozen have outperformed Bitcoin this year. In the next cycle, perhaps only a few will survive. Keeping most of your assets in Bitcoin is the only way for you to have a chance of winning.
5. The Essence of Crypto Still Revolves Around Finance Bitcoin is “digital gold”. DeFi is “Wall Street for everyone.” Meme is “transparent lottery ticket”. All the future stories of this market — whether they change their exterior — still revolve around the flow of money and human emotions.
6. Crypto Will Never Stop Because greed and hope never stop. People cannot “quit” gambling, just as this world cannot “quit” crypto. If you look further, the “coin market” is actually a mirror reflecting the deepest instincts of humanity — a desire to change one's life while also fearing total loss. And that is why it will always exist.
