In hindsight, pain. But at the time we deployed it was $2 - $3. Sadly when ETH goes from 100 -> 4k, those add up! If we calculate value at time, would hurt less :), in reality, I probably spent somewhere between 50k-100k end to end. Still pain, but worth it.
