Periods When to Make Money

This chart shows economic cycles that tell us good times for investment. It's the market timing framework.

Three phases exist:

1. A - Years of crisis or panic. They've happened before. They'll happen again.

2. B - Years when everything's good. Asset prices? High. Time to sell.

3. C - Tough economic years. Assets cheap. Buy now.

The whole thing works on cycles. Markets repeat themselves, kind of predictable. Looks like we might hit recession around late 2025. Most economists put it at 65-80% likely. Not entirely clear, but the signs are there.

Markets start healing before the economy does. Usually 3-5 months earlier. Downturns? They're opportunities if you're in it for the long haul.

Global monetary easing should be happening all over by 2025. This shifts asset prices. Everywhere.

Investment chances in 2025 might change with seasons. Some months historically do better. When the economy tanks, value investing really shines. Find quality companies selling cheap. Buy them.

Side hustles follow seasons too. Summer is hot for freelancing, content creation, and reselling stuff. Winter? It seems ride-sharing and certain online gigs take over.
