The South Korean Ministry of Planning and Finance plans to issue an administrative notice this month regarding the specific implementation details of the global tax authorities' automatic information exchange for Crypto Assets, known as the CARF system. The CARF system was established by 48 major countries, including the UK, Germany, and Japan, aiming to prevent offshore tax evasion through virtual assets and enhance tax transparency. The system requires countries to automatically exchange virtual asset transaction information annually.
