CZ shares life in prison, market views, and future plans

Recently, CZ made his first public appearance at the Binance Blockchain Week event in Dubai and participated in a live interview. He talked about his experiences in prison, his views on the crypto market, and his future plans.

CZ stated that although prison life limited his freedom, it also gave him a lot of time to reflect. He realized that what he missed most were interpersonal relationships, which helped him readjust his life priorities. In prison, CZ did not suffer physical harm, and most of his fellow inmates were friendly; even some prison guards consulted him for cryptocurrency investment advice.

Regarding the relationship with Binance, CZ stated that he has resigned from the CEO position and is no longer involved in the company's daily operations, but he remains a major shareholder of Binance. He believes that this forced retirement actually has many benefits, giving him more time to focus on new areas such as AI and DeFi.

In response to media reports stating that he has been banned for life from managing a cryptocurrency exchange, CZ denied it, saying that there is no such statement in the agreement. However, he stated that even if allowed, he would not return to a leadership position.

When discussing the prospects of the cryptocurrency market, CZ expressed that he remains very optimistic in the long run, but it is difficult to make accurate short-term predictions. He believes that regulation is moving in a positive direction, and the most fundamental step is to classify crypto assets.

CZ revealed that he is currently focused on the Giggle Academy educational project and investments. Giggle Academy aims to provide a digital educational platform for people around the world who lack educational opportunities. He hopes to combine technologies such as game development and AI to offer high-quality educational resources to hundreds of millions of people at a lower cost.

Regarding whether Giggle Academy will issue tokens, CZ stated that there are no plans to consider this in the short term. He plans to first build an incentive mechanism to allow existing cryptocurrencies to play a role in the system. In the long run, it may gradually integrate into the Web3 economic model, but this will take about ten years. CZ mentioned that he currently has enough time to achieve this long-term goal.
