Sui Liquid Staking Hacker Competition Finalist Project Overview

After more than 40 days of registration and rigorous selection, the shortlist for the Sui liquid staking Hackathon has finally been announced. Each of the two tracks has six teams that successfully advanced to Demo Day. Let's take a look at these outstanding projects.

Shortlisted Projects

1. Aftermath Finance A comprehensive decentralized trading platform based on Sui Move, offering various trading functions such as spot, perpetual contracts, and options.

2. DegenHive Combining the innovative governance model of centralized liquidity DEX and NFT, committed to unleashing the potential of $SUI on the Sui network.

3. Haedal Protocol Allow users to stake $SUI to obtain haSUI, which can participate in ecological governance and continue DeFi activities to earn profits.

4. Interest Protocol DeFi protocol supporting exchange and lending, liquidity providers can borrow Sui Dollar stablecoin to hedge against impermanent loss.

5. SUISA Users can stake $SUI to obtain stSUI, and can also use stSUI to mint NFTs in the DeFi protocol.

6. Volo Providing voloSUI helps users maximize $SUI utility and liquidity.

1. Aftermath Finance Same as the above description.

2. Bucket Protocol A non-custodial, immutable, and governance-free CDP protocol that supports multiple assets as collateral, aiming to become the DeFi engine of the Sui network.

3. Desig Provide a multi-signature solution applicable across the entire chain, compatible with DApps on various blockchains.

4. Kana Labs User-friendly applications aimed at DeFi and GameFi, dedicated to building the web3 future.

5. Legato Provide fixed-rate solutions for liquid staking assets and predict annual interest rate fluctuations on Sui.

6. Wisp Swap A decentralized exchange and prediction market based on Sui, utilizing an innovative asymmetric concentrated Liquidity DEX model.

Demo Day Details

• Date: September 29
• Time: 12:00 - 15:00 (GMT+8)
• Format: Live streaming via StreamYard

Demo Process

• Each team has 10 minutes, including 5 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
• The timeout team will be removed from the live broadcast.
• Sponsors Alibaba Cloud, MoveBit, and OtterSec will showcase.

Evaluation Criteria

• The jury is selected from the ecosystem by the Sui Foundation and partners.
• Use a standardized scoring system to calculate the average score after removing the highest and lowest scores.
• The results will be announced on October 2.

This hackathon is jointly sponsored by the Sui Foundation and several well-known institutions, aiming to promote innovative development in the Sui ecosystem. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas in liquid staking and DeFi tools, injecting new vitality into the Sui network.
