After years of struggling in the Crypto Assets market, I have gradually accumulated my initial capital of 300,000 to over 34 million now. This process has been full of challenges and learning, allowing me to deeply understand the essence of stable profitability.
After years of practice, I have summarized a personal investment strategy and ten principles that must be followed. Today, I would like to share these valuable experiences with friends who are exploring the coin circle, hoping to help you avoid detours and costly mistakes.
First of all, I want to emphasize that in Crypto Assets investment, the biggest trap is not the lack of technical analysis skills, but the neglect of position management. Many people mistakenly believe that as long as technical analysis is in place, they can achieve stable profits, but in fact, the vast majority of account liquidations occur due to position management issues.
Even if your market judgment is very accurate, if you take a full position, even a slight market fluctuation could lead to significant losses. Therefore, it is crucial to control your position reasonably. Beginners often have the question of "Should I enter the market with a full position?" but this way of thinking is closer to gambling than investing.
I have also made the mistake of over-leveraging, which resulted in significant losses to my account. After reflecting on my pain, I realized that controlling position size is essential for survival in the market, while controlling mindset is the key to profitability. Now, I strictly adhere to the following three principles:
1. Light Position Testing: Each operation should not exceed 10%-15% of the total position, so even if the judgment is wrong, it won't cause significant damage.
2. Set Stop Loss: Regardless of profit or loss, a reasonable stop-loss point should be established. This can effectively control risk and protect acquired interests.
3. Reasonable Position Increase: When the judgment is correct, you can gradually increase the position, but you must adhere to strict risk control principles.
Remember, in the Crypto Assets market, a robust investment strategy and good mindset management are more important than pure technical analysis. I hope these experiences can provide beneficial references for everyone, and wish you all a more stable and long-term journey in the coin circle.
