CEX: Will not pay the $20 million ransom demand

[CEX: Will not pay the $20 million ransom demand] According to official disclosure from CEX, hackers obtained part of the personal information of less than 1% of active users by bribing overseas customer service personnel, but did not involve passwords, Private Keys, or funds. CEX refuses to pay the $20 million ransom and instead has set up a $20 million reward fund to track down the attackers. Affected customers who were scammed and transferred money will be compensated. Prime accounts were not affected, and the case is currently under investigation in cooperation with law enforcement agencies. The estimated loss from this ransom incident is about $180 million to $400 million.
