MicroStrategy’s frenzy of convertible bond issuance has driven its stock price to a 256% premium over BTC.

The self-proclaimed “21/21 Plan” was unveiled in October for the BTC development company’s Micro Strategy, which aims to add $42 billion in capital over the next three years, including $21 billion in equity and $21 billion in fixed income securities, which will further support its acquisition BTC as part of its treasury reserve strategy.

MicroStrategy recently announced the issuance of 0% convertible senior notes, with no interest and a premium of up to 55%. However, the current $6.8 billion of the planned $21 billion convertible bonds is just the beginning.

With the continuous rise of BTC, MicroStrategy (MSTR) has become the stock with the largest volume in the United States today, and its stock price has risen by 473% so far this year, surpassing BTC.
