On July 17th, Jinshi Data learned that on July 10th, Pengjinso gradually informed relevant investors of the redemption plan verbally, but some investors did not agree with the preliminary redemption plan. There are two redemption plans: one is a cash plan, with a monthly redemption of 50,000 yuan in principal until the principal is fully compensated, without Interest; the other is asset redemption, based on market prices and mortgaging houses. The project asset inventory is still being sorted out, and we are waiting to see the final redemption plan. If the cash plan is chosen, investors are concerned that monthly full redemption may not be guaranteed. As for the second option, in the investors' view, most of the houses used for mortgaging are apartments and commercial projects, and the locations are relatively average.
