Analyst: The short-term Rebound of the US dollar will not change the overall downward trend.

On July 17, Jin10 reported that Marc Cogliatti, an analyst at Validus Risk Management, stated in a report that investors may continue to withdraw funds from U.S. assets, which will weaken the dollar in the long term. He pointed out that policy uncertainty in the U.S. may prompt investors to diversify their asset allocation (reducing reliance on U.S. assets). In the short term, due to a decrease in risk appetite, demand for safe-haven assets may support a stronger dollar, but the overall dumping trend will continue. Foreign investors are still diversifying their investments in U.S. assets, and the short-term rebound will not change the overall downward trend.
