People’s Financial News, March 13 — China Eastern Airlines (600115) announced on March 13 that its controlling shareholder, China Eastern Air Holding Company (referred to as “China Eastern Group”), increased its holdings of the company’s A-shares by 33,971,300 shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.15% of the company’s total shares. Starting from the date of this increase, China Eastern Group plans to continue increasing its holdings through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange within 12 months. Under certain market conditions, China Eastern Group intends to cumulatively increase its A-share holdings by no less than 500 million yuan (including this increase) and no more than 1 billion yuan (excluding this increase).
