ChainCatcher message, the DFINITY community has released a proposal to automatically upgrade newly created SNSs to the target version of SNS. The proposal includes a governance team suggestion to change the default value of NervousSystemParameters.automaticallyadvancetargetversion from false to true, so that newly created SNSs automatically upgrade to the SNS target version.
