Former ParaFi Capital partner launches private sale equity fund Inversion Capital

PANews reported on November 10th that Santiago Roel Santos, who had previously served as a partner at the blockchain venture capital firm ParaFi Capital, announced the launch of the private sale equity fund Inversion Capital, aiming to acquire traditional enterprises and transform their operations through the use of encryption technology. Santos believes that some enterprises can solve coordination issues by adopting encryption tools, which manifest as higher operating costs, capital expenditures, or decreased unit economic benefits. It is not important whether the business owners are unwilling to accept Crypto Assets, as Inversion Capital will not become an investment partner - it will directly acquire these enterprises.
