Token relay stations may be a long-term business, but choosing the right customer base is key. I just had dinner with a founder who came out of Yao class, and we talked about him also doing token relay business, but it’s a 2B enterprise-level computing gateway.

Although selling tokens is dirty and exhausting, it’s a fundamental need, essentially similar to selling electricity. The future demand will not disappear, plus the difficulty of using AI in the US (CC continuously banning accounts, with the baseline Chinese demand at around 50 million USD daily), the demand sources for tokens are constantly flowing here.
For enterprise-level API token consumption, the key is 1️⃣ customized computing power supply and 2️⃣ high security level.
Enterprise needs are to identify problems—solve problems—provide optimal solutions. The first step is to determine whether each employee’s computing power consumption is reasonable, propose the most optimal and cost-effective model consumption path, and reduce costs after verification.
More importantly, the most critical privacy and security issues for each company: any database is the lifeline of the enterprise, and security must be the top priority. How tokens are used and where they go all need to be protected by a comprehensive security network.
Therefore, enterprise-level token relay stations may be a long-term choice to establish a foothold in this era and observe trends.
