After the rebound in U.S. stocks, Asian markets are expected to open slightly higher.

Golden Finance reported that on April 3, expectations that the Iran conflict could gradually ease pushed U.S. stocks higher into the close. Asian markets may open slightly higher on Friday. Because several regional markets are closed for the holiday, overall trading is expected to be light.
The S&P 500 Index rose 0.1% at Thursday’s close, after it had once plunged 1.5%; the Nasdaq 100 Index also finished up 0.1%. U.S. President Trump vowed that over the coming weeks he will escalate in response to the war in Iran, while also urging Iran to reach an agreement to end the conflict. International oil prices surged accordingly, breaking through $110 per barrel. Japanese stock index futures rose, suggesting that its market will open higher.
