On November 13, according to lookonchain monitoring, a Whale Address that has “borrowed 66,000 ETH for shorting” previously purchased 385,718 ETH (approximately 1.33 billion USD) and has just borrowed 120 million USDT from Aave, depositing it into a CEX - likely preparing to buy even more Ethereum.
