[CEX Launches New Platform for “Token Pre-purchase” with Algorithmic Token Distribution] According to U.S. media reports, CEX plans to launch a new platform that will allow a selected group of investors to gain early access to new Crypto Assets before they are traded on its main exchange. The largest Crypto Assets exchange in the U.S. will use an algorithm to determine who can receive these Tokens, aiming to limit asset concentration in the hands of large purchasers. Individuals who sell their Tokens within one month after the Token issuance may see a drop in the allocation they receive in future issuances, while the Token issuers and their affiliates will be prohibited from selling their held Tokens for a period of six months. A spokesperson for CEX indicated that the crypto project Monad, which operates its own Blockchain network, will be the first company to issue Tokens through the platform, with the issuance scheduled for later in November. The exchange plans to subsequently list all Tokens launched on the new platform for trading on its main exchange, with plans to conduct an issuance approximately once a month.
