When I took office as CEO, I clarified three core responsibilities: First, to continuously build the largest and best encryption ecosystem globally. Provide the safest, most transparent, and most powerful products and services to meet user needs. Second, compliance is core competitiveness. The direction of regulation is very clear; compliance must be turned into a competitive advantage. CEX's compliance investment rose over 30% last year and is expected to rise over 30% again this year. The compliance team has over 1,000 people, and CEX is one of the most compliant trading platforms globally, closely cooperating with global regulatory agencies to promote the development of intelligent regulation, truly supporting industry growth. Third, cooperation for mutual benefit and co-building the ecosystem, whether working with local banks, payment institutions, or project parties. The industry is still in its early stages; it is more meaningful for everyone to grow the ecosystem together than to “be the biggest.” The stronger the ecosystem, the more everyone benefits.
