AI video generation company Synthesia has completed $200 million in financing, led by Google Ventures.

On November 1, according to Forbes, the UK AI video generation company Synthesia completed a new round of financing of $200 million, with a valuation reaching $4 billion. This new round of financing will be led by Google Ventures, with NVIDIA potentially participating. Previously, Synthesia had already raised $280 million, with NVIDIA and Adobe having participated in the funding. Founded in 2017, Synthesia focuses on helping businesses use AI virtual avatars to generate videos for marketing, employee training, and more, unlike other video generation tools such as Sora. Currently, 60,000 companies have utilized Synthesia's platform to create their own virtual avatar videos.
