#MichaelSaylor暗示增持BTC In a recent podcast interview, Jan3 founder Samson Mow shared a thought-provoking perspective: the global government's stance towards Bitcoin is undergoing a fundamental shift, rapidly transitioning from early hesitation to active participation, and a global panic buying frenzy for Bitcoin is approaching a breaking point.
The "gradual explosion" theory that Mow has long adhered to has been emphasized again. He explained that the process of accepting new technologies usually follows an S-curve development—initially progressing slowly, almost leading to doubts about its development potential, but once a key threshold is crossed, it exhibits explosive growth. Now, he is confident that Bitcoin has surpassed this critical point in terms of national recognition.
The direction of U.S. policy plays a central role in this process. Although Trump previously signed an executive order regarding the establishment of a "strategic Bitcoin reserve", the actual actions of the U.S. Treasury have lagged behind. Mow warns that if the U.S. continues to hesitate, it could very likely be outpaced by other countries—any country that significantly increases its holdings of Bitcoin could trigger a chain reaction, prompting other countries to follow suit and leading to a global competition for Bitcoin.
In his view, the Latin American region is particularly noteworthy, based on solid economic analysis: multiple countries in the region face issues of local currency instability, and both ordinary citizens and government institutions urgently need to find safe-haven assets to hedge against economic fluctuations. The demand for Bitcoin arises from actual financial security needs rather than blind following. Echoing this viewpoint, Galaxy Digital has also released predictions, believing that more sovereign funds and central banks will incorporate Bitcoin into their asset allocation in the future.
However, we need to recognize that the "moment of outbreak" does not mean that the market will react violently immediately—the government decision-making process is inherently complex and cautious, and will not act as quickly as individual investors. But a clear trend has emerged: Bitcoin is transitioning from a speculative asset for individual and institutional investors to a strategic asset considered at the national level. Once a country breaks the current wait-and-see state, the landscape of the Bitcoin market may undergo fundamental changes.
For ordinary investors, it is important to remain rational, neither blindly following hot trends nor ignoring long-term trends that could change the market structure. $BTC $ETH $SOL
