Arbitrum provides $40 million in Token incentives for DeFi users
PANews September 5 news, according to DL News report, Arbitrum launched the "DeFi Revival Incentive Program" on Wednesday, which offers 40 million US dollars worth of 80 million Arbitrum Tokens to attract DeFi traders to participate in its on-chain currency market. The first phase of the program focuses on cyclical lending strategies, a DeFi strategy where traders leverage by repeatedly borrowing against the same collateral to increase returns. The lending markets and collateral assets that meet the incentive criteria cover all mainstream popular options for cyclical lending strategies, including Pendle derivation. The media stated that at the time the incentive plan was introduced, the price of Arbitrum's Token had fallen by 80% from its peak of $2.39 in 2024, and the token rewards could bring significant inflationary pressure to an already weak Token.
