Q&A from Gate.io

Q1: Is this the official project of the Croatian football federation?

Ivan: Yes, the Croatian FF decided to create the full web3 strategy and the token is the first stage of the project. Vatreni means fiery in Croatian, it is trademark-protected and a nickname for the players. The idea is to create a next-gen sports community and promote sports, football and a healthy lifestyle.

Croatia is one of the biggest sports brands, a bronze winner and about to win the League of Nations on 18.6.

Q2: Can you tell us what is the difference between this project and other fan token projects?

Ivan: First of all, Vatreni token is a utility token and we created a whole list of utilities that expand just usual things (like meet & greet), which is upgraded all the time. You are able to use Vatreni tokens in different projects to enter special challenges, get prizes, earn more, get NFTs but also purchase things, get discounts etc - no matter where you are in the world.

The idea is to give owners the ability to earn more and get more value in different directions, which no other fan token does.

Q3: How can we use tokens and earn more?

Ivan: There is a list of things on our benefits page but one of the most straightforward ways are games. We are adding games on our website, no download is needed and you, as a token holder, will be able to compete and earn more. We are also launching a never seen before NFT project where you will be able to get a physical one too and use it to stake and earn more tokens.

Also we are partnering up with some cool projects where you will be able to use tokens to purchase things within their eco. And all of this will be done by burning the tokens!

Q4: What is the long-term plan for the project?

Ivan: We are looking to create the next gen sports community and a scalable opportunity that will expand to other IPs once it is ready. This is why we are launching gamification to offer more earning opportunities and everybody owning Vatreni will have the ability to participate in future airdrops, and whitelists and get more once we start scaling. The more you engage, the more you earn because by partnering up with other projects, we expand our ability to provide more value.

We are also following the national team schedule. The League of Nations is here, Euro2024 in Germany and the next WC is in USA/Canada/Mexico. Since we are in the same qualifiers group with Turkey, we have some interesting things cooking for a game in October.

Q5: As per checking, you are listed only on Gate. Can you please tell us why?

Ivan: We only listed on Gate because of the FTX situation. We have future plans and NDAs with the biggest CEXs so we can’t disclose some things. Some of them have their fan token platforms and since we are the most advanced, we are negotiating on bringing more value for our token owners.

Right now, you as a user on Gate have the access and ability to make the most of the token here and early opportunity to position for what’s coming next, as I mentioned before.
